WANI, an indie artist, popularly known as WANI WONDER. Born in the 90s. Spent some time of his life abroad, but he is back to his city “LAGOS” dishing out mind-blowing records that connect with our emotions and mood.
A talented singer and songwriter blessed with soothing vocals and gifted with the ability to meld different genres into his music. He made his big break into the industry with his highly accepted debut body of work “Lagos City Vibe” in 2018 which had hit songs like “China Designer”. The project is molded with some of his favorite songs from childhood.
After the release of his debut project, he went on to drop a two-track project “NO LOVE/FAST LIFE” featuring Prettyboy D-O & Minz in 2019. A couple of months later, we didn’t get new music from WANI, and his fans kept making known their crave and desire for new music from him. 2020, WANI blessed his fans with an Adey produced track “ALL MY LADIES”
WANI has gone on to work with buzzing acts like Buju, Prettyboy D-O, DRBlasgidi, Odunsi, Show Dem Camp, Hugo & Hvrry, Minz, Adey, Smada.
His sophomore project “Lagos City Vibe 2” dropped on the 19th of November, 2021. with guest appearances from Buju, Show Dem Camp, and Prettyboy D-O. Have to say, it’s a 10/10 project. With songs like GBTC, Jailer, Calvin Klein. Yo! just stream the whole project and testify of the wonder of Wani!
WANI is steadily stamping his name in the industry with his KO pen game and melodic choruses. We really anticipate new music from him this year and major moves!
