Released on August 6, PERSONALITY arrives as Afrobeats continues to stretch beyond its conventional boundaries, with Retroviral carving out a space defined less by genre formulas and more by feeling. “I made PERSONALITY to say the things I couldn’t always say out loud. I wasn’t trying to make something perfect. I just wanted it to feel real,” says Retroviral.
