Agatchu began his musical journey as a teenager rapping and later formed a band in high school and organizing local music festivals for students. The music producer has been able to draw inspiration from diverse artist in various genre of music such as; Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Lucky Dube, Bonga, Papa Wemba, Lokua Kanza to the innovative sounds of contemporary artists such as Kanye West, Polo Da Don and Lil Wayne.
He has grown to work as a composer and songwriter for various Afrobeats artists, playing a significant role in their global success. Fluent in four languages—French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese—Agatchu gained this proficiency through extensive travel across various African and European countries.
These experiences have influenced his evolving musical style, which now blends folk, Afro, and pop elements.
Agatchu describes himself as a generator with his music embodying frequencies that carry spiritual and therapeutic qualities.
