Brandon Waller Blends R&B and Afrobeats on New Single “Made For Me”

R&B/Pop artist Brandon Waller continues the rollout of his forthcoming EP, O’Neal, with the release of his new single, “Made For Me.” Blending contemporary R&B melodies with Afrobeats influences, the track explores the feeling of finding a romantic connection with someone who feels naturally right.

Built around soulful vocals and an Afro-inspired groove, “Made For Me” embraces a relaxed yet infectious sound, pairing catchy melodic arrangements with an intimate romantic theme. The production allows Waller’s vocal delivery to take centre stage while incorporating rhythmic elements that give the record its contemporary appeal.

The single follows “5AM,” Waller’s previous release and first introduction to the musical direction behind O’Neal. With “Made For Me,” he offers another perspective on his artistic range, further exploring the relationship between modern R&B and Afrobeats.

Beyond his solo releases, Waller has continued to build his profile through live performances, having opened for global R&B star Chris Brown on four occasions. His latest release further signals his ambition to establish a distinct identity within the contemporary R&B/Pop landscape.

As anticipation builds for O’Neal, “Made For Me” offers another glimpse into the sound and creative direction of the upcoming project.

“Made For Me” is available now on major digital streaming platforms.
