Singing twins, Onyedika Pascal Ike and Onyebuchi Anthony Ike professionally known as C-UNIT have released their new single titled “Odieshi”.
Born and raised in Nigeria, C-UNIT’s musical journey began in their early years, when music became a means of self-expression and empowerment. The brothers have always been passionate about using their voices to inspire, and with “Odieshi,” they continue to push boundaries.
“Odieshi” itself holds deep meaning. It symbolizes a resilient spirit, hope, and the courage to face life’s toughest challenges head-on. As the duo explains, “No matter how rough and dark the present may be, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.”
At its core, “Odieshi” embraces the beauty of life with a carefree and optimistic perspective. The chorus, filled with lines like “we don chop” (we have eaten) and “everything soft” (everything is smooth), reinforces the importance of living without rush and enjoying the fruits of one’s labor.
